With the ability to handle high pressure demands between 3000 to 5000 psi while maintaining a high flow capability of 75 GPM, the Series III-L is well suited to tolerate contaminated media. The combination of the high flow and high pressure and virtually zero-leakage* makes the Series III-L valve the choice for the toughest applications where zero-leakage* is a must.

Barksdale Series 4140 High Pressure Valves |
Barksdale's position indicators are sensitive feedback devices that can be attached to Series II & Series III-L valves to provide valve status feedback. Using Barksdale's know-how in electric switch technologies, the position indicator senses any of the three valve positions and signals this information through an electrical contact. With a housing constructed of all stainless steel material, this product is designed for use in heavy industrial environments and in the most demanding applications. The explosion proof rating is Division I, Class I.
In applications where feedback from the valve is desirable, Barksdale's position indicator replaces such devices as proximity sensors, pressure switches and limit switches. Position indicators come already installed and calibrated on our Series II & Series III-L valves, saving installation costs for the customer.
Features:
- Fits all Series II & Series III-L valves

Barksdale's High Pressure OEM Valve line provides exceptional directional control for fluids up to 3000 psi in the toughest industrial applications. Using Barksdale's Shear-Seal® technology the OEM Valve products offer dependable performance and long life even when the media being controlled is contaminated with debris that would ruin ordinary valves.
Different flow patterns are built into this OEM line the "Closed Center-Manipulator", also known as "Float Center", where in the center position the pressure port is blocked and the cylinder ports are open to the return port. Other models features "Open Center-Manipulator" also known as "Open Center" features a flow pattern with the pressure port, cylinder ports open to the return port.
Features:
- Original Shear-Seal® technology
- Low pressure drop
- Tolerates contaminates
- Spring return option

Valve Lockout Device is used on oil and gas applications to mechanically stop the handle from rotating to ensure that the valve remains inoperable while technicians carry out maintenance work. The Valve Lockout Device is attached to the operational part of Barksdale's heavy duty valve to prevent the valve from changing position. Valve lockouts help prevent potentially harmful accidents during maintenance or repairs and allow workers to close off or isolate energy sources such as hydraulic pressure and fluids. This specific lockout device is designed for use on Barksdale's heavy duty valves 1/2" valves or 1" oil & gas valves to stop any rotation of the handle.
This lockout device meets the scope of OSHA 1910.147, subpart O.
