Flow Factor can offer a Penberthy Jet pump for Oil Separation Processes

Penberthy educators may be used in oil/water separation processes to purify water prior to release.  A recirculation pump is used with the educator to pull air or gas into impure water.  The air or gas then bonds with oil, forming a frothy top layer.  This froth may then be skimmed off.

This application requires the air to be finely divided.  The most common units used are Penberthy Model LH, LM or ELL eductors, based on motive pressure and discharge pressure.

Screw plug immersion heaters consist of tubular elements in a threaded hex plug. Some models are provided with a thermowell for the temperature control sensor and a variety of electrical enclosures for electrical connections. They screw directly through threaded openings in tank walls to heat liquids, viscous fluids, forced air, and gases by direct contact. A patented 360º rotatable housing is available on most models to facilitate easy conduit connections.
